About
With an MA in Marine Science, I spent years studying the rhythms and resilience of the natural world. Today, I apply that same depth of observation to the internal landscape. Using sound and movement, I help you move beyond hypervigilance and the "default" survival mode to reconnect with your true self.
My work grounded in the traditional Himalayan sound healing techniques, provides space to support mental wellbeing and process anxiety, depression, grief, and burnout. This is a practical recalibration of the nervous system to help you find your way back to a steady center- the real YOU.
A series of 3 - 6 sessions is recommended for deep recovery and lasting effects.
